Star Singapore Maths
StarMath program focuses on mastering of mathematical concepts by learning the various structured approaches adopted through Singapore math which may include but not limited to CPA (Concrete, Pictorial, Abstract) progression, bar modeling, number bonds and mental maths.
At 10Stars, we use supplementary resources to help improve our students’ learning attitude, especially those who require more help to understand this subject. By guiding the child with the right approach and method, this will help increase their grasp of the mathematical concepts and eventually achieve better results, as compared to traditional method.
How this program helps
We make learning mathematics fun and instead of pushing through memorization, students learn to think mathematically and based them on the depth of knowledge learnt in previous lessons. StarMath program helps children progress from preschool to primary-level Maths and aims to enhance mathematical understanding through problem solving using concrete manipulatives and hands-on investigations that students will enjoy.
